Walk- IN INTERVIEW for ONE post of RESEARCH ASSISTANT will be held on September 06, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. in the office of the Dean, College of Biotechnology, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut. The project is purely temporary and engagement thus made shall be temporary and can be terminated at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons. Interested candidates fulfilling following eligibility criteria may send their application to Dr. Pankaj Kumar Associate Professor (Biochemistry & Physiology) & Principal Coordinator of the Centre and appear for interview along with Bio-Data (five sets) and original documents. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

I. Only Indian citizens who are resident of Uttar Pradesh are eligible for Research Assistant.
II. Academic Qualification: M. Tech./M. Sc. (Biotechnology/Ag. Biotechnology/Life Sciences) with good working knowledge on molecular techniques in lentil.
III. High academic attainment with 1st class in graduate and postgraduate examination, the opinion of the university or college authorities on the applicants promise as a research worker and the topic of research are the main criteria for the award.
IV. The upper age limit for a Research Asstt. Shall be 28 years as on April 01, 2012.
V. Research Assistant will be given a stipend of Rs. 12,000=00 pm only (likely to be revised), no HRA & other allowances will be paid.
