Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow under a project entitled, ‘Control of insect infestation by radiation processing of colored aromatic rice from Manipur and characterization of its prophylactic properties’ sponsored by the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

Duration: Three years

Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Plant Physiology)

Fellowship: JRF salary shall be Rs 16,000 p.m. for the first two years and on designation by Committee in the 3rd year as SRF Rs @ 18,000 p.m.

NET/GATE qualified candidates will be preferred.
