SRF, JRF and RA

Applications are invited on the plain paper for the post of JRF/SRF/RA sanctioned under adhoc Research Project, "Role of Soil Microbial Communities in the Invasive Success of Prosopis juliflora, an Aggressive Invasive Species" funded by the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) for the period of three years.

JRF (Junior Research Fellow) candidates should have MSc or equivalent degree in Botany/Environmental sciences with minimum 55% marks after qualifying the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by CSIA or UGC.

SRF (Senior Research Fellow) candidates should have MSc with minimum 60% marks and al least two years of post MSc research experience as evidence from fellowship/associateship and published papers in standard refereed journals.

RA (Research Associate) candidates should possess PhD or equivalent degree with at least two research papers in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journals.

Only one position is sanctioned by the CSIR. Either JRF or SRF or RA will be appointed as per guidelines of CSIR. Candidates may submit their application to the undersigned within 20 days from the date of this advertisement. Above posts are until the tenure of the project.
