Cargo Switching at Cytoskeletal Intersections During Intracellular Transport

Eligibility : (i) M.Sc. in Physics/Biophysics/Mathematics (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Statistics at B.Sc. level).

Preference will be given to applicants with CSIR-UGC JRF in Physical/Mathematical/Engineering Sciences.

(ii) M.Sc. in Physics/Biophysics/Mathematics or related disciplines with DST INSPIRE fellowship to persue PhD.

(iii) A Bachelors (B.E./B.Tech.) or Masters (M.E./M.Tech.) degree in Aerospace, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Chemical, Electrical,Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication engineering. Preference will be given to applicants with a valid gate score in PH/AE/CH/EC/EE/XE/IN/BT disciplines.

(iv) Masters in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics (M.Sc./M.Tech.) and B.Tech. Biotechnology (4-year course).

Preference will be given to applicant with DBT-JRF/DBT-BET to persue Ph.D.

(v) M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Statistics with NHBM Ph.D. Scholarship. Applicants should have at least First class or 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) in last qualifying degree and knowledge of mathematics at 10+2 or at a higher level.

Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16000/- p.m. + HRA

Job Profile : Applicant will develop physical/computational models using data from single molecule experiments. Prior experience of programming in Fortran/C/C++/Java/Matlab is preferred.

Eligibility : Bachelors/Masters in Systems Biology, Biophysics, Chemical Engineering or any other related field with an interest in Mathematical Biology.

Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16000/- p.m. + HRA

Job Profile : Work will involve simulations and analysis of regulatory networks.

The positions are temporary initially for a period of one year and tenable only for the duration of project.
