Essential Qualification 

YP-I – Graduate in Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) or Graduate (B.Sc) in Aquaculture/Fisheries and allied sciences/ Marine Biology/ Zoology/Microbiology/ Diploma degree with one year field experience. (Mandatory) 

Field Assistant – Under Graduate or Diploma degree with field level working experience in shrimp farms 

Desirable 

YP-I – Working knowledge in shrimp farming operations and farm management. Readiness to work full time in shrimp farm and other related activities is desirable. 

Field Assistant – At least one year experience in shrimp/ fish farm management. Readiness to stay and work in full time in shrimp farm and interested to do day to day farm management activities like, feeding, sampling using cast net, swimming inside the ponds to attend the requirements for sludge removal and aeration. 

Emoluments

The Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), a specialized laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is dedicated to advancing the readiness, preparedness, and strategic resilience of the armed forces against radiological threats. The institute focuses on the development of radiation countermeasures with its mission of "Atom for Peace" and "Peace from Atom". INMAS plays a critical role in quickly estimating absorbed radiation doses for effective triage and advising first responders and Quick Response Teams (QRTs) on immediate remedial actions. 

It also provides tailored cbRNe training modules for military, paramilitary, elite forces, and national organizations handling security crisis. Furthermore, the institute explores the neural bases of cognitive and behavioural traits crucial to military performance, aiming to safeguard the health and wellbeing of soldiers and first responders in environments with ionizing radiation and other occupational hazards. Fellowship: Rs. 42000 per month (consolidated) 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION First-class Master’s degree in Life Sciences/Zoology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from a recognized University.

A minimum of 2 years of laboratory research experience in solid tumor biology/leukemia biology, with at least one 1st/2nd -author paper published in a reputable journal in the specified subject area mentioned above, is required. 

Project duration: 18 months.
