JRF and SRF at NewDelhi


Initial three month appointment, with possible extension for: one Junior Research Fellow and one Senior Research Fellow position in a DBT funded project entitled "Comparative transcriptomics of rice and resurrection plants and exploitatoin of novel genes for dehydration tolerance for improvement of drought tolerence in rice".
Qualifications:
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): MSc degree in Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology or any related area
Senior Research Fellow (SRF): as above, plus two years of work experience. Working knowledge in the areas of recombinant DNA techniques, transgenic plants and genomics highly desirable, but not essential.
