Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the post of JRF/Project Assistant to work on the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. Of India sponsored project, entitled "High-throughput genetic screen in Dictyostelium discoideum for identification of novel drug targets for tuberculosis treatment".

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biochemistry /Biotechnology or Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks.

Desired Qualifications: Preference will be given to the candidate with (i) NET /GATE qualification and or (ii) prior research experience in handling human pathogen.

Duration: Till August 2015.

Remuneration: As per rules.
