01- JRF Junior Research Fellow (One Post)
“Studies on species specificity in poxviral complement regulators” under the supervision of Dr. Arvind Sahu, Scientist ‘F’
28 Years
Essential: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in any branch of Life Sciences with minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable: Experience in Cell and Virus Culture and Molecular Biology techniques
like PCR and cloning.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE/LS qualifications.
Rs. 12,000/- +20% HRA p.m. for 1st & 2nd Year, Rs. 14000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 3rd Year Two Years
02- JRF Junior Research Fellow (One Post)
“Metabolomic profiling for identification of novel potential biomarkers in breast cancer using mass spectrometry and bioinformatics ” under the supervision of Dr. Srikanth Rapole, Scientist ‘C’
28 Years
Essential: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in any branch of Life Sciences with minimum of 55% marks.
Desirable: Experience in handling analytical instruments such as LC-ESI-MS/MS,
MALDI-MS/MS and GC-MS.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE/LS qualifications.
Rs. 12,000/- +20% HRA p.m. for 1st & 2nd Year, Rs. 14000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 3rd Year *Rs. 16000/- + 20% HRA p.m. for 3 years.

Desirable: Experience in Immunology, Molecular Biology and Cell Culture.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE/LS qualifications.

Desirable: Experience in mammalian cell culture and /or molecular biology and/or cell biology.

Essential: M. Sc. or equivalent degree with minimum of 55% marks in any branch of Life Science and at least two years of post M.Sc. research experience.
Desirable: Experience in Molecular Biology Techniques.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/GATE/LS qualifications.
Rs.14000/- + 20% HRA p.m.
Two Years & Three months
06- SRF Senior Research Fellow (One Post)
“ATM dependent DNA damage repair by tumor suppressor SMAR1” under supervision of Dr. Samit Chattopadhyay, Scientist ‘G’
32 Years
Essential: M. Sc. or equivalent degree with minimum of 55% marks in any branch of Life Science and at least two years of post M.Sc. research experience.
Desirable: Experience in Immunology & Chromatin Biology and Molecular Biology techniques. Candidate should be NET/GATE/ qualified.
Rs.18000/- + 20% HRA p.m.
Three Years

 For JRF Position, Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified CSIR-NET/ GATE
/ UGC-LS examination. *Selected candidates who have qualified NET/GATE will be
paid stipend of Rs. 16,000/- p.m. + HRA depending on the project sanction order.
Candidates, who have LS qualifications or not qualified in any of the above mentioned
examinations, if selected, will be paid stipend of Rs.12, 000/- p.m.
 Upper age limit will be considered as on the date of interview. Reservations will be followed as
per GOI guidelines. Age relaxation of 5 years in case of SC/ST/Women/PH and 3 years in case
of OBC candidates will be given as per GOI rules.
 Marks relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates i.e. minimum 50%
 Please bring *Bio-data Form.doc duly filled in and all original certificates showing date of
birth, qualification, statement of marks of the exam passed (10th , 12th , Graduation, Post
Graduation, Ph.D.) & other relevant documents along with a set of attested copies.
 SC/ST candidates should produce proof of their caste certificate from appropriate authority
and OBC candidates should produce latest non-creamy layer certificate in the prescribed form
for claiming the reservation benefits.
 No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
