Essential MSc Biotechnology / MSc Biochemistry

Desirable

1. Hands on experiences with microbes or with pathogenic Bacteria/Fungi/Oomycetes
2.Hands on experiences with recombinant DNA technology/Molecular Biology/ Molecular Microbiology/ Bioinformatics tools

Fellowship Rs. 12,000/- p.m (consolidated) + HRA

Upper age limit 35 years for women and 30 years for men

Duration of Project Upto March 2012

Date of Interview/Test : 11th June at 10.00 AM( 11-06-2010 )

Location: IISR Main Campus, Calicut (Pallithazham bus stop- between Moozhikkal East and Chelavoor on the Calicut-Wyanad Road)

General Terms and Conditions

1.The above position is purely on temporary basis and is co-terminus with the project. There is no provision of re-employment after termination of project. The selected candidates will not have any right for claiming pay scale or absorption against any regular post being vacant on a later date at this Institute.

2.No TA /DA will be paid for attending the interview.

3. The candidates must produce all relevant certificates and documents (in original) at the time of interview.

4. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.

5. The decision of Director, IISR would be final and binding in all aspects.
