Subject: Filling up the post of RA in the project “Referral Centre for Virus Testing of Tissue Culture Raised Plants”.

A Walk-In-interview will be held to fill up one post in DBT funded project entitled “Referral Centre for Virus Testing of Tissue Culture Raised Plants”. The details of the post, educational qualifications and experience are given below. Eligible candidates may appear before interview on 22 June, 2010 at 10.00 A.M. in the Division of Plant Pathology, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012.

RA

Essential Qualifications PhD/MSc (Plant Pathology/ Biotechnology/ Life science/ allied fields)

Desirable

(i) 2-3 years experience in Molecular biology/ Plant virus diseases/ Diagnostic techniques as supported by published papers.

(ii) Experience in handling software’s involved in Life Sciences research.

Pay (Rs) Rs.18,000/- PM + HRA as admissible

The eligible candidates may appear before the selection committee on 22 June, 2010 at 10.00 A.M. in the Division of Plant Pathology along with complete bio-data giving full particulars i.e. qualification, experience, contact address (Email and Phone), NOC from the last employer, publications etc along with attested copies of certificates. No separate call letter for interview will be issued.

No TA/DA will be admissible to any candidate for attending the interview.
