A walk-in interview for the post of JRF (1 post) in a DBT, Govt. of India funded research project entitled “MOLECULAR AND MORPHOLOGICAL DIVERSITY ANALYSIS OF CUCURBITS OF GARO HILLS, MEGHALAYA” will be held at the Department of Horticulture, North Eastern Hill University, Tura Campus, Meghalaya- 794002 on the 19th of May 2015
at 2:00 pm. All eligible candidates are advised to be present at least
30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of interview for attendance
failing which no candidature will be considered. Candidates attending
the interview are advised to send their Resume via mail and bring xerox
copies and originals of all certificates and mark sheets on the
scheduled Interview date.
Essential qualification:
M.Sc. degree in Botany/Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/ Ecology/
Genetics/Life Sciences/Agricultural Sciences (NET/GATE/BET/BINC/SLET
candidates will be given preference).
Desirable: Working knowledge of molecular marker and PCR.
Emoluments: As per DBT norms.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview and candidates have to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
The
Post is purely temporary and terminable at any time without prior
notice or assigning any reason thereof. The person engaged shall not be
entitled for any claim implicit or explicit for permanent absorption in
