Walk-in-Interview will be held on 27th May, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of the Chairperson, Department of Chemistry, Main Campus, Bose Institute, 93/1, A.P.C. Road, Kolkata- 700009 for two(02) posts of Junior Research Fellow in the DBT sponsored project entitled, “Sys TB : A Network Program for Resolving the Intracellular Dynamics of Host Pathogen Interaction in TB Infection” under the guidance of Prof. Joyoti Basu, Dept. of Chemistry.

The project is tenable upto 08.01.2017.

Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows:

Essential Qualification: A good M.Sc. degree or M.Tech. degree in Life Sciences with CSIR-UGC NET- JRF / ICMR-JRF / DBT-JRF or CSIR-UGC NET-LS /GATE qualification

Fellowship : 16,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA for M.Sc. with CSIR-UGC NET-JRF/ ICMR-JRF/DBT-JRF or M.Tech with GATE or CSIR-UGC NET-JRF / NET-LS / ICMR-JRF / DBT-JRF . 12,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA for M.Sc. with CSIR-UGC NET-LS / GATE

Note : Revised fellowship may be given as per DBT guidelines on receipt of revised fellowship from DBT

Age : Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule). Interested and eligible candidates should appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Sr. Prof. & In-charge, Registrar’s Office, Bose Institute, 93/1, A.P.C. Road, Kolkata- 700009 along with Bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Mark-Sheet and testimonials. The candidates should also bring the original mark-sheets, certificates etc. at the time of Interview. Only outstation (out of West Bengal) candidates will be given to and fro 2nd class railway fare by shortest route on production of Railway tickets as per Govt. rules.
