Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DBT supported research project entitled “STUDIES ON THE PATHOGENESIS OF HYPERHOMOCYSTEINEMIA IN RODENT MODEL OF STROKE: CEREBROPROTECTIVE EFFECT OF HYDROGEN SULPHIDE”, sanctioned to the undersigned. The duration of the project is three years.
Interested

attested copies of certificates and work experience to the undersigned
by 20.09.2013. The interview will be held on 23.09.2013 at 11.00 am in the office of the Chairperson, department of Biochemistry, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry/Biophysics/ Microbiology/Life sciences/ Biotechnology with at least 55% marks.
Qualified NET/GATE/ BET/ BINC examination.
Salary: Rs. 16,000 + HRA for NET/GATE/ BET/ BINC qualified.
Rs. 12,000 + HRA for non-NET/GATE/ BET/ BINC qualified.
The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
No separate letters will be issued for the interview and no TA/DA will be provided.
