Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Position

Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the Department of Science and Technology (DST) Fast-Track, Govt of India sponsored research project titled ‘A Cellbased System for High throughput Screening of Nrf2 Activators and its Role in Protecting Pancreatic β-cell Apoptosis’.

Fellowship: Rs 16,000 plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) per month fixed for first two years and Rs 18,000 plus HRA per month fixed for the third year. Terms and conditions will be followed as per the DST guidelines.

Duration: 3 years.

Essential qualification: MSc Biochemistry/Biotech, MTech  Biotech. Experience in animal cell and tissue culture, and animal handling is desirable.
