Junior Research Fellow

ICMR supported research project STUDIES ON THE INVOLVEMENT OF ALTERATIONS IN CALCIUM HOMEOSTASIS IN HYPERGLYCEMIA INDUCED CONGNITIVE DECLINE IN EXPERIMENTAL DIABETES, sanctioned to the undersigned for 3 years.

Interested candidates may submit their applications along with detailed resume and attested copies of certificates and work experience to the undersigned by 23.05.2011.

The candidate may also send their application with resume through e-mail. The interview will be held on 24.05.2011 at 02:30 pm in the office of the Chairperson, department of Biochemistry, Panjab University, Chandigarh

Essential Qualifications:

1) M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life sciences/ Biotechnology with at least 55% marks.
2) Qualified ICMR/UGC NET examination in Life Sciences.

Salary: Rs. 16,000/- + 20% HRA

The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

No separate letters will be issued for the interview and no TA/DA will be provided.
