Qualification & Experience:

Essential: Post graduate in Horticulture/Plant Breeding

Desirable:

1. Ph.D./Net or research experience in relevant subject

Essential : Master's degree in Bioinformatics/M.C.A./B.Tech. (Computer Science) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent OGPA. Desirable : Experience in PHP scripts, web based database management (Mysql)

Emoluments

Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 10000/- PM + HRA.
Senior Research Fellow : Rs. 14000/- PM (Fixed) for first and second years & 16000/-PM(fixed) in third year.

Senior Research Fellow (One)

Qualification & Experience:

Essential : Master's degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences with minimum 60% marks or equivalent OGPA.

Desirable : Experience on genetic transformation and tissue culture. NET cleared candidates will be given preference.

Emoluments :

Senior Research Fellow : Rs. 12000/- PM for first and second year & Rs. 14000/- PM for third year + HRA. HRA will be paid as per ICAR rules.

No T.A./D.A. will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

Mode of selection : Written test – 50 marks, Academic Qualification – 10 marks, Experience & Publications - 10 marks, NET clearance as supported by valid certificate – 10 marks and Interview – 20 marks.
