Junior Research Fellow (2 Positions)

Applications are invited on plain paper for the posts of JRF in the Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi sponsored research project as mentioned below. ‘Application of periodic discontinuous batch operation to enhance treatment efficiency of dye containing waste water.’

Eligibility:

M.Sc. 1st class or higher IInd class in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Environmental Science with consistent good academic record. Junior Research Fellow will get a fixed amount of Rs 12,000 per month + HRA for first two years and Rs 14,000 + HRA for third year.

JRF posts are purely on temporary basis for a period of 3 years or till the completion of project.

Open Interview will be held on Saturday, 20 November 2010 at 11:00 am in the BRD School of Biosciences, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar.

Candidates appearing for interview should bring all original certificates (including statement of marks) in support of his/her qualifications. JRF may be allowed to register for Ph.D. degree.

Preference will be given to NET-qualified candidates. Candidates will have to appear for the interview at his/her own cost.
