Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow for the project entitled, ‘Impact of Environment Radiation on Aquatic and Semi-aquatic Organisms’ funded by the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Mumbai. The appointment will be for 3 years, till the end of the project.
Junior Research Fellow : One post
Qualification : M.Sc. Biotechnology (60% marks and above) or equivalent
JRF scale : Rs 12,000 (consolidated) + allowances as admissible by the BRNS norms.
Candidates with previous experiences on chromosome studies will be given preference. Applications on plain paper showing full name, address (with phone number), date of birth, qualifications and experience, and additional information (if any), along with the copies of the certificates and mark sheets should reach the Registrar, VIT University, Vellore 632 014, Tamil Nadu within 15 days of the appearance of this advertisement.
