SPP lab invites application from candidates in the areas
of bioinformatics, computational biology, plant molecular biology,
Biochemistry/analytical chemistry, signaling and defense, molecular
plant pathology and stress biology
A Walk-in assessment/interviews will be held on 13th September 2017 for the positions in extramural project at IISER-Kolkata.
Project Description: We
study the role of defense signaling and small RNAs (such as miRNAs)
during plant-microbe and plant-insect interactions using complementary
computational and experimental approaches. We are an interdisciplinary
group focusing on small-RNA (miRNA, siRNA) mediated regulation of
signaling and defense. Positions are available for immediate joining.
