SRF and JRF


Applications are invited on a plain paper (along with copies of educational qualifications
and experience) from eligible candidates for selection of ONE Senior Research Fellow (SRF) and ONE Junior Research fellow( JRF) to work under the following research project entitled: Exploring the efficiency of carbon sequestration in tree species under elevated CO2 (Funded by DBT, New Delhi) sanctioned to Professor Attipalli R. Reddy, Department of Plant Sciences, University of Hyderabad.

Emoluments for the position SRF: @ Rs. 14,000/- p.m. + eligible HRA
JRF: @Rs. 12000/-p.m + eligible HRA
Qualifications M.Sc. in Plant Sciences/ Botany/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biosciences/ Life Sciences or other allied subjects with at least two to three years of research experience on photosynthetic carbon assimilation in higher plants.
Duration Appointment will be given for one year initially and can be extended until the duration of the project based on the progress of work done.

4. Please note that the appointment to be made is purely temporary and for the duration of the project. There is no right for claiming any regular appointment in the university.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post, if selected.
