Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow in a project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Govt. of India.

Project Title
Production of polyhydroxy butyrate (bioplastic) from industrial waste

Eligibility
Masters in any branch of life sciences & biotechnology with min. of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA

Desired Qualifications
NET/NET-LS, GATE qualified candidates and/or those with experience in microbiology & molecular biology research would be given priority.

Non NET/GATE qualified students will be offered the position of Project Assistant.

Fellowship
Rs. 16,000/- plus HRA for first two years
Rs. 18,000/- plus HRA for third year
For Non NET/GATE qualified students - Rs. 8000/-
