Applications are invited for the following positions in DBT-funded projects under the guidance of Dr. Surekha Katiyar-Agarwal, Department of Plant Molecular Biology, UDSC, New Delhi. Emoluments will be given as per Govt. of India rules. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Ph.D. in Life-Sciences or related discipline, preferably with 2 years of experience. Experience in high-throughput sequencing and plant molecular biology is desirable.

2.
JRF
M.Sc in Life-Sciences or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having molecular biology research experience.
DBT-RNAi Project ends March 23, 2015
Rs. 16000+30% HRA, only if NET qualified; otherwise it shall be Rs. 12000+30% HRA.
3.
Technical Assistant (computers)
Graduate with working knowledge of computer.
DBT-RNAi Project ends March 23, 2015
Rs. 14,000/-pm fixed
4.
SRF
M.Sc in Life-Sciences or related discipline with at least two years of research experience.
DBT-RNAi project ends July 14, 2014
Rs. 18000+30% HRA, only if NET; otherwise it shall be Rs. 14000+30% HRA.
5.
JRF
M.Sc in Life-Sciences or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having molecular biology research experience.
DBT-NER project ends July 26, 2015
Rs. 16000+30%HRA, only if NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualified; otherwise it shall be Rs. 12000+30% HRA.
6.
JRF
M.Sc in Life-Sciences or related discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having molecular biology research experience.
DBT-IYBA project ends March 22, 2016
Rs. 16000+30% HRA, only if NET; otherwise it shall be Rs. 12000+30% HRA.
