WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Central Agricultural University, College of Home Science, Tura, Meghalaya invites Eligible candidates to attend Walk-in-interview for one post of Senior Research Fellow under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India sponsored project as detailed below:

• Date of Interview: 20-01-2014.

• Title of the Project: "Low cost process development and quality evaluation of carbonated beverages made from Aloe Vera Blend with extract of Amla, Sweet Lime and Ginger in Meghalaya, North East Region"

• Duration of the Project: Two Years

• Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Food Technology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry.

• Desirable Qualification:

1. One year working experience in formulation and standardization, Quality control and Assurance in Beverages Industry (Carbonated and NonCarbonated).
2. M. Phil. Or Ph.D. in above mentioned Subjects.

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years for Men and 45 Years for Women.
• Emoluments: Rs 12,500/- P.M.

• Note: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. The post is purely
contractual and co-terminus with the project and does not entitle the SRF for any
regularization in the Central Agricultural University. The Dean may cancel/postpone the interview without assigning any reasons. The Dean reserves the right to terminate the contract even before the completion of the project. No accommodation shall be provided to the selected candidate in the College Campus.
