Interview for selection to the following posts will be conducted during the end of August, 2013.

The list of candidates called for the interview and the schedule of interviews will be published on the website on or before 21-8-2013. No individual communication will be sent to the applicants.

The interview will be conducted at the Aromatic & Medicinal Plants Research Station, Odakkali, located 10 km on the Perumbavoor – Kothamangalam road in Ernakulam Dist, Kerala. It is 25 km from Cochin International Airport and 28 km from Aluva railway station.

The candidates attending the interview are required to produce the following documents in original for verification. A self attested copy of all the following documents also should be submitted for records.

This has to be done separately for each of the posts applied for.

1. A true copy of the application (already submitted by email), with a recent passport size photograph of the candidate affixed and duly signed by the candidate.

2. Photo identity card of the candidate.

3. Certificate to prove date of birth

4. Caste certificate in case of SC/ST and non-creamy layer certificate in case of OBC candidates

5. Degree certificate and mark list *

6. Post graduate degree certificate and mark list *

* In case of grade point system where grand total marks is expressed as CGPA or OGPA, the equivalent per cent marks or the key for conversion to per cent issued by the concerned University should be provided.

7. Certificate/s of higher degrees and diploma, if any. (Ph D, M Phil, B Ed, PG Diploma in the relevant field, UGC CSIR NET Certificate

8. Experience certificate/s relevant to the post applied for, if any.

9. Research publications, other trainings & certifications in the field of specialisation
Note: No TA or DA will be paid to applicants for attending the interview.

Admission to the interview will be subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria specified in the notification under reference.
