Description of the work This position offers a unique opportunity
to participate in frontline research in the area of human molecular
genetics. The project involves collection of data related to mutations
causing various single gene disorders. Molecular biology techniques
(such as genomic DNA isolation, PCR and DNA sequencing) would be
routinely used in these projects.
The research will be conducted with funding by DST for one disease and by DBT for
the others.
