Job description: The Nanotechnology Application Centre, Institute of Interdisciplinary Studies, University of Allahabad, Allahabad, India (www.alldunivpio.org) invites applications for tenure-track scientific-staff position (for maximum three years, contingent upon time-to-time review) to implement the project ‘Technical Development of Nanomaterials Based Ultrasensitive Biosensor for Detection of Clinical and Environmental Analytes’ sanctioned by Department of Atomic Energy, Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (DAE-BRNS), Government of India, having Sanction No. 2010/34/37/BRNS with ATC, BRNS at Nanotechnology Application Centre, University of Allahabad.

Who should apply: Candidates who have passed M.Tech./M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Bio-technology/Bio- Chemistry/Material Science/Nanoscience with consistently good academic record and are keenly interested in research should apply. The Student who have qualified NET/GATE and/or the CRET examination of University of Allahabad/attended pre-Ph.D. course work from reputed institute may be preferred. The selected candidate has to devote full time in research work in the area described as per above.
