1. Project title - Genomic tools in bioremediation: Atrazine as model (DBT Project G-1-1649)

2. Prescribed Educational Qualification First class M.Sc. (Life Sciences/Equivalent)

3. Job Requirement Minimum 2 years experience in Bioinformatics in Research/Industrial environment

4. Fixed remuneration (p.m) Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000/- (as per rule)

5. No. of positions (the number of positions may vary)

6. Age limit 28 years (relaxation admissible as per rules of Govt. of India)

Applicants will appear for walk-in personal interview before the Selection Committee on 25th February 2010 at 12.00 noon in Room No. 09 at Division/Zonal Centre Environmental Genomics Unit. No TA will be admissible for appearing for the interview. Candidates who do not fulfill the prescribed educational qualification will not be interviewed.

No interim inquiries will be entertained in this regard.
