Applications are invited for the following position on a contractual ad hoc basis in a Department of Health Research, MoHFW, Govt of India-funded research project titled " A Novel Multiplex Real-Time RT-PCR Platform for Differential Diagnosis and Surveillance of Arboviral Co-infections".

Name of the Post: Project Assistant, Research (01)  

Essential Qualification: As per ICMR guidelines (Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology /Biomedical Engineering/or related biomedical sciences from a recognized university + relevant post-qualification experience or Master's* in relevant subject/field)  

Desirable Qualification: Experience in molecular biology techniques, ELISA, RT-PCR, Bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, and related laboratory work  

Age: As per ICMRDHR norms  Salary: As per ICMRDHR norms  

Duration: 03 Years (The position is purely temporary and coterminus with the project*)  

* Master's degree holders will be considered for future PhD registration per institutional provisions during the project period or afterward, based on the project outcomes  

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
