Wellcome Trust - DBT India Alliance: Margadarshi Fellowship funded project entitled “Establishing a center for molecular medicine” under Dr. Akhilesh Pandey, Adjunct Professor, Dept. of Clinical Neurosciences & Principal Investigator.
 
The project will employ next-generation sequencing platforms for molecular characterization of neurological disorders.
 
Senior Research Fellow
 
Educational Qualification M.Sc. in Life Sciences with NET qualification Experience Strong knowledge in molecular biology techniques and genomics.
 
Hands-on experience in proteomics sample preparation and library prep for next-generation sequencing is essential.
 
Knowledge of proteomics and next-generation sequencing data analysis methods and tools will be preferred.
 
Two years of research experience is essential.
 
Junior Research Fellow
 
Educational Qualification M. Sc in Biotechnology / M.Pharm / Life Sciences with NET qualification Experience Applicants with substantial hands-on experience in molecular biology, mammalian cell culture and mouse models preferred.
 
Administrative Assistant
 
Educational Qualification B.Sc. in Biotechnology / Biological Sciences Experience Basic organizational and computer skills, proficiency in both English and Kannada. Experience in biospecimen processing and maintaining specimen records will be an added advantage
