WALK IN INTERVIEW 
Walk-in-Interview will be held from 9.00 a.m. on 23.06.2015 and 24.06.2015  at National Institute of Plant Health Management, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad for engagement of following positions on contractual basis. The engagement will be initially for a period of One year or till requirement whichever is earlier. The details of educational qualifications, experience, age and other eligibility criteria, along with application proforma are given below. The eligible candidates for the below mentioned contractual posts will be required to make a power point presentation for 15 minutes duration (on the topic of their field) followed by interview. All the candidates should carry the presentation (in CD or Pendrive) while coming for walk-in-interview. 
A Research Associate (Pesticide Management) – 1 Post 
Pesticide Management Division (1Post):- 
1) PhD degree in the relevant subject such as Research related to pesticide, pesticide residue and chromatographer analysis / in Agricultural Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/ Bio-technology/Environmental Science / Microbiology / Botany. or 
2) Masters degree in the above subject with 1 st Division OR 60% marks or equivalent overall GPA and with minimum 4 years of research experience in residue analysis. 
For PhD: Rs.24,000 + 30% HRA, & for others: Rs.23,000 + 30% HRA 
40 for men & 45 for women 
B Research Associate (Nematology) – 1 Post 

Plant Health Management (1 Post) : 
1)PhD or 
2) M.Sc in Agricultural with specialization in Nematology with 02 years experience in the relevant field. or 
3)M.Sc. in Zoology with specialization in Nematology with 02 years experience in the relevant field. or 
4) B.Sc(Agri/Horti) with PGDC(PP)/PGDPHM having 2 years research experience in the relevant field. 
For PhD: Rs.24,000 + 30% HRA, & for others: Rs.23,000 + 30% HRA

C Senior Research Fellow (Pesticide Management) – 3 Posts 

Pesticide Management Division (3 Posts):- 
1) Masters in Agricultural Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Bio Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Environmental Science / Microbiology/ Botany with minimum 1 year experience in Analytical Equipment Operation preferably in Chromatographic Equipment. or 
2) M.Sc. Bio-technology/Environmental Science/Microbiology and PGDPHM in Pesticide Management with 1 year of experience in Analytical Equipment operation preferably in Chromatographic Equipment. or 
3) B.Sc(Agri/Horti) with PGDC(PP)/PGDPHM having 2 years research experience in the relevant field. 
Rs. 16,000/- + 30% HRA 35 for men & 40 for women 
D Senior Research Fellow (Plant Pathology) – 1 Post 

Plant Bio-Security Division (1 Post):- 
1) M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Plant Pathology with 01 year experience in the relevant field. or 
2) M.Sc. in Botany with Plant Pathology with 01 year experience in the relevant field. or 
3) B.Sc (Agri/Horti) with PGDC(PP)/PGDPHM having 1 year research experience in the relevant field.

E Senior Research Fellow (Entomology) – 2 Posts

The candidates should present themselves for certificate verification at the same venue by 9.00 a.m. The candidates are directed to bring all the relevant original documents pertaining to educational qualifications, experience, research, training, projects, testimonials, etc., along with a set of self attested photocopies and a recent passport size photograph, for necessary certificate verification. It may be noted that production of above said documents is mandatory. Failure to bring the same will render ineligible to attend PPT & Interview. No separate call letter for the PPT & Interview shall be issued. The position is purely temporary on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project or one year from the date of joining, whichever is earlier. NIPHM will not be held responsible to give regular appointment after expiry of the term. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the interview. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:– 1. Age limit will be reckoned as on the date of Walk –In-Interview. 2. “Relaxation of upper age limit in respect of reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PHE/Ex-servicemen etc., as per GOI orders. (in terms of G.I., Dept. of Per. & Trg., Notfn. No. 15012/6/98- Estt. (D), dated 21st December, 1998. OBC candidates have to enclose caste certificate as per GOI norms for claiming age relaxation and for considering to the reserved OBC post. 3. Self-attested copies of all educational qualifications along with experience, age relaxation certificates are required to be submitted invariably. 4. Age and educational qualifications may be relaxed in exceptional cases by the Director General. NIPHM. 5. Candidates applying for above positions shall be required to stay in the quarters if allotted or within 3km radius of NIPHM. 6. Candidates applying for Pesticide Management Division posts will be required to work in Shift system. 7. Candidates may submit a declaration stating that they are willing to be considered for a lower position in case their application for the applied position is found ineligible or if not been shortlisted for a further scrutiny. 8.
