Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work in the Department of Science & Technology (DST) , Government of India sponsored research project (order No. SR/FT/LS-90/2008(G) "Exploring Myxobacteria from the state of J&K for novel enzymes and secondary metabolites" at the School of School of Biotechnology, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra- 182320.

The above JRF position is tenable for a period of three years.

Fellowship: As per revised DST norms

Qualifications

1 Post Graduate Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life-sciences with first class and NET JRF qualified

2 Post Graduate Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life-sciences with first class and NET qualified for Lectureship
