Desired Candidate Profile
•Carry out the operations as mentioned in the BPR.
•Maintaining all process parameters as mentioned in the BPR.
•Progressive recording of operations in BPR.
•Report the abnormalities in process to the shift in-charges immediately and recording the same in BPR with deviation as well.
•Recording usage of equipment in the Equipment usage record as per BPR.
•Report the deviation to the shift in-charges with Deviation Report
•Thorough cleaning of equipment as per SOP.
•Labeling the status of the equipment from time to time.
•Maintaining good house keeping in his working area and up keeping as well.
•Checking of weighing balance with standard weight.
•Calibration of pH meter
• Filling up the Daily Production File immediately after charging the batch.
• Adhering to the safety procedures in plant.
