Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in any branch of Life Science with good academic records (Ist division).

Desirable Qualification: Strong desire to work on plant and microbial system with good knowledge of routine molecular biology techniques including cloning and expression analysis. Candidates having relevant experience in the area will be preferred.

Project entitled “Functional Characterization of a calcium sensing Salt Overly Sensitive (SOS3) gene from Brassica juncea”. The project is valid for a period of three years (2009-2012).

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Science with good academic records.

Desirable Qualification: Strong desire to work on plant and microbial system with good knowledge of routine molecular biology techniques including cloning and expression analysis. Candidates having relevant experience in the area will be preferred.
