RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (RA) - 4 Posts [02 NRCM, 01 APEDA Project, 01 ITMU]

Job Lab/field/abattoir work related to animal slaughter, processing & quality of animal products

Essential: Ph.d or M.V.Sc/M.Sc with first Div.or equivalent Grade points with at least two years of research experience in veterinary/Biochemistry/Bio technology / Chemistry / Food Tech.

Desirable: PhD or MVSc in LPT, Meat or poultry Techn/Vety. Public Health / Vety. Path /LPM/ Animal Nutrition Computer usage & Prepared for field work

For ITMU- Knowledge in IPR, Patenting or Marketing /Business development is desirable.

Emolument :

Rs. 17,000 + HRA for Master degree holders and Rs.
18,000 for Doctoral degree holders as per ICAR norms

Age Limit:
40 years for men
45 years for women as on date of interview

SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (SRF) - 2 Posts NRCM

Job field/abattoir work – animal slaughter/ processing

Essential: MVSc, in any discipline preferable LPT/VPH/Path/ LPM/ Animal Nutrition. Also relaxable to Master’s degree in Microbiology /Biochemistry/ Food Tech/Chemistry.

Desirable: Computer usage and prepared for field work.

Emoluments:
Rs. 12,000+HRA. Per month as per ICAR norms
Rs. 14,000+HRA. Per month to Vets as per ICAR norms
Age Limit
35 years for men
40 years for women as on date of interview
Note: Relaxation of age admissible for SC/ST&OBC candidates as per Govt. of India/
ICAR norms.
