Senior Research Fellow [1 Post] in Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering

Job Description Candidate should be able to develop molecular markers to differentiate between high and low sucrose content in sugarcane seedlings. Candidate will have to work right from collection of material, DNA isolation to analysis of markers in segregated population.

Qualification: MSc Biotechnology/Botany/Biochemistry/Agril Biotechnology from any reputed University

Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply. However, preference will be given to those having experience/ project work done in suitable area supported by thesis/ research publications..

Compensation: Rs.8,000/- per month consolidated plus H.R.A. as applicable.

Date of Walk-in: 04^th November 2009 at 10.00 am

No TA/ DA will be given to candidates by the Institute Candidates have to arrange on their own conveyance.
