Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre, IIT Kanpur is inviting applications for the Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG) under the 21st call for proposals.

The BIG Grant funds innovation from ideation to the product development stage.

Who can apply?

Startups and innovators working on ideas in the domain of Biotechnology, Medical devices, Diagnostics, Medical innovation, agriculture, agritech, sustainability, clean environment, waste to value, secondary agriculture, and other allied areas

Funding amount

win a grant worth 50 Lakhs

Eligible product readiness level

TRL 1- TRL3

Eligibility:

• Startups with <5 years of its incorporation, scientists, researchers, and PhD

• Scholars, individual innovators, scholars, technical staff, graduates, and faculty members can also apply ( Applicant must have completed graduation)
