Application are invited from suitable candidates for the selection of Field Assistant and Junior Research fellow in the project entitled “An Assessment of Medicinal Plant Resources of Kerala”(A-146) at Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden and Research Institute, Palode, Thiruvananthapuram. Details are given below:

Junior Research Fellow(One)	M.Sc. Botany with minimum 60% mark with computer skill. Desirable- Minimum one year experience in field work related to Plant Taxonomy/ Ethnobotany and preparation of database	@Rs.12000/-pm	28 Years	One Year
Field Assistant(One)	B.Sc. Botany with minimum 60% marks and experience in MS Office. Desirable- experience in field of Plant Taxonomy and data entry operation	@Rs.8000/-pm	28 Years	One Year

Age limit will be calculated as on 01.01.2015 (age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. norms). Those candidates who fulfill the above criteria may attend a walk-in-interview at JNTBGRI on 17.07.2015 at 10 am with all the relevant document and testimonials. No TA/DA will be given to candidates for attending the interview.
