Applications are invited for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DBT sponsored research project entitled “Studies on Genetics and Epigenetic Alterations in Head and Neck Cancers Prevalent in North Eastern Region of India” under Dr. Anand M.Ramteke,Associate Professor & Principal Investigator, Department of Molecular Biology & Biotechnology, Tezpur University, Tezpur.

Essential qualification: M. Sc. degree in Life Sciences/ Biosciences/ Molecular
Biology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Nanoscience/ Nanobiotechnology/ Nanotechnology

Desirable qualification: Research experience in Cell Biology/ Molecular Biology

Remuneration: Rs. 16,000/+ 10% HRA per month if NET/ GATE/ BET/ BINC qualified candidate.

For other candidates (Non NET/GATE/ BET/ BINC qualified) Rs. 12,000/+ 10% HRA.

Age: The upper age limit is 28 years for JRF. Age relaxation of 5 years for upper age limit will be given to SC/ ST/ Physically handicapped / Female candidates.

Duration: 11/2 (One and Half) years or Till Completion of the project which ever is earlier.
