Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Junior Research Fellow in a DST funded research project on "Characterizing the signalling network that sustains oral cancer stem cells for developing a targeted therapy" in the Laboratory of Dr. Tessy Thomas Maliekal.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

First Class in M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Biochemical Technology. NET qualified candidates are preferred. Experience in mammalian cell culture and handling oral cancer samples or cell lines, or experience in FACS, Immunoflourescence and immunohistochemistry are desirable.

AGE: Below 30 years

EMOLUMENTS

Junior Research Fellow: Rs.16,000 /- + 20% HRA per month.

Duration: Three years or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).

Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and will be called for interview
