Applications are invited for the position of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) with a fellowship
of Rs. 31000/plus HRA @ 18% in a DST-SERB sponsored project entitled “Desulfurization of
coal using Biological and chemical methods”.
The post is temporary and coterminous with
project.
The candidate should be having M.Sc. degree in Botany/Microbiology/Environmental
Science/Geology (with botany as second subject in B.Sc Hons) with at least 55% marks.
Candidates having experience on bacterial work shall be given preference.
Besides fulfilling the
above mentioned qualifications, the candidate must be NET/Gate qualified. The upper age limit
is 28 years (relaxable for five years for SC/ST/physically handicapped).
All things being equal,
SC/ ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
