Project Description: We study the role of defense signaling and small RNAs (such as miRNAs) during plant-microbe and plant-insect interactions using complementary computational and experimental approaches. We are an interdisciplinary group focusing on small-RNA (miRNA, siRNA) mediated regulation of signaling and defense. Positions are available for immediate joining.

Senior Research Fellow

 

Educational Qualification M.Sc. in Life Sciences with NET qualification Experience Strong knowledge in molecular biology techniques and genomics.

 

Hands-on experience in proteomics sample preparation and library prep for next-generation sequencing is essential.

 

Knowledge of proteomics and next-generation sequencing data analysis methods and tools will be preferred.
