Applications are invited from meritorious and hard-working candidates for the position of
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in ANRF funded project entitled “Functional Morphology and
Defence of Ladybird Beetle Eggs: Evolutionary and Biocontrol Perspectives”, Department of
Zoology, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Sagar, M.P.
Tenure of the
project: 03 Years
Emoluments:
₹37,000/- per month +
10% HRA for first and
second year
₹42,000/- per month +
10% HRA for third
year
1. M. Sc. in Zoology,
Biochemistry with a
minimum of 55% marks.
2. Candidates must have
qualified NET/GATE or
any other national-level
examination as per ANRF
guidelines.
1. Knowledge of
biochemical and molecular
biology techniques such as
spectrophotometry, HPLC,
GC-MS, DNA/RNA
extraction, PCR, gel
electrophoresis, gene
expression analysis.
2. Knowledge of statistical
analysis and experimental
design using software such
as R, SPSS, SAS,
GraphPad Prism, or
equivalent.
3. Good communication,
scientific writing, and
presentation skill
