Applications are invited for the following contractual positions (purely on a temporary basis) to be filled
up at the Bioinformatics Centre, Savitribai Phule Pune University under the project "Identification of
lead molepules for development of novel therapeutic strategies against viruses" funded by DBT,
Government of India.
Project Associate I - 2 Posts
Master's Degree in Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Virology/
Biotechnology OR any other Master's degree related to Biology & lT
OR Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology (with specialisation
in Bioinformatics/Biology & IT) from a recognised University or
Organisation
Prior experience in computational biology is desirable
Creating protein sequence and structure datasets for viruses,
identification of mutations, shortlisting drug targets, virtual screening
